Natural 20 Tours is the world's first multi-destination tabletop RPG travel company. We design immersive Tabletop travel experiences that take players beyond the table and into the lands that inspired the stories. Ancient Celtic sites in Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, the Arthurian heart of Wales, and the grand architecture of Georgian England.

Every Natural 20 tour combines real destination travel with custom tabletop campaigns built around the mythology and folklore of the places you visit. Players stay in local accommodation, travel between iconic locations, and play in sessions that bring the game world to life in a way no virtual tabletop ever could.

We're looking for talented, passionate Game Masters to join our tours as table leads, and we'll cover your place when you bring your players with you. If you've got a community of players and a desire to run games in some of the most extraordinary locations, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced GMs who:

  • Have an existing community of players (online, local, or both).

  • Are comfortable running sessions within a shared campaign framework

  • Can commit to pre-tour Zoom briefings with our Campaign Director

  • Are enthusiastic about travel, mythology, and immersive storytelling

  • Are active on at least one platform where they share their TTRPG content

  • Adhere to our company and content values around inclusivity and safe practices

You don't need to be a professional GM or a content creator with thousands of followers. You just need players who trust you and a genuine passion for the craft.

What’s Included

Fill a table of 5 players and your full land package is on us, plus a $1,000 contribution towards your flights. That means:

  • All accommodation throughout the tour, including one night pre-tour in your destination

  • All attractions & meals included in the tour programme

  • All in-country transport

  • $1,000 towards your flights

Fill a table of 6 players and you receive everything above, plus:

  • A $1,000 GM stipend

And for every additional player beyond six:

  • $100 commission per player

Every participating GM also receives:

  • Custom campaign modules designed by our Campaign Director

  • Promotional materials to help you fill your table

  • Pre-tour Zoom briefings to prepare you for the campaign setting and tone

  • Daily evening check-ins with the Campaign Director throughout the tour

  • Full support from the Natural 20 Tours team before and during the tour

How to Apply

When you apply, you'll select which Natural 20 tour you'd like to join. We'll review your application and if you're a good fit, we'll invite you to an introductory call. From there, you'll receive everything you need to start promoting the tour to your players and community.

Your players book directly through Natural 20 Tours, selecting your table at checkout. Once your table is confirmed, you're on tour.
