You can register your interest for free, with no commitment to book. Registration gives you early access when bookings open, but doesn’t reserve a paid place.

When you’re ready to book, a 20% deposit secures your booking. Your instalment amounts and payment dates will be shown on the booking page before you pay and included in your booking confirmation.

Tour prices are normally listed in euros. The available payment methods, currencies and any booking or processing fees will be shown at checkout.

Your booking confirmation is separate from confirmation that your table and tour will go ahead. We’ll keep you informed about both.

You can register your interest in any tour as soon as it goes live on our website — it’s free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We typically open bookings six to nine months before the tour departure date, and registered players will be the first to know. To make sure you never miss a new tour announcement, we’d encourage you to sign up to our newsletter as well.

Each tour needs at least 15 paying travellers, including non-playing companions, and each gaming table needs at least five players.

These are separate minimums. Your table might have enough players while the wider tour still needs more travellers, or the tour might have enough travellers while your table still needs more players.

We’ll confirm in writing whether both your table and tour will go ahead no later than 120 days before departure. If you book after that point, we’ll explain their status before you pay.

If your table cannot go ahead, we may offer another table on the same tour or a future tour with your featured Game Master, subject to availability. Moving to another table or GM is entirely your choice. You can instead cancel your affected booking for a full refund. A non-playing companion booked to travel with you can also choose an available future tour or a full refund.

If the whole tour is cancelled, you can receive a full refund or choose an alternative departure we offer. Full refunds include your deposit, instalments and booking or payment-processing fees charged through our platform, and will be paid within 14 days of your booking ending.

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us in writing as soon as you know you need to cancel. We can talk through any available transfer options and explain what refund is due.

Our cancellation charges are based on the total tour price and how far ahead of departure you cancel.

• More than 180 days before departure, there is no cancellation charge. You’ll receive a full refund, including booking and payment-processing fees charged through our platform.

• Between 121 and 180 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 20%.

• Between 46 and 120 days before departure, the cancellation charge is 50%.

• At 45 days or fewer before departure, the cancellation charge is 100%.

These charges are separate from your payment schedule. We’ll take account of costs we save and whether we can resell your place, reducing the charge where appropriate. Any refund due will be paid within 14 days of your booking ending.

Different rules apply if we cancel your table or tour, or if you have another right to cancel without a charge. You’ll find the full details in section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.

The best way to stay ahead of the adventure is to sign up to our newsletter — subscribers are always the first to hear about new tour announcements, early registration opportunities, and exclusive updates. You can also keep an eye on our website and follow us on social media to make sure you never miss a new launch.

We don’t sell travel insurance or recommend a particular provider, as our travellers join us from different countries and have different needs.

We strongly recommend arranging suitable cover when you book, although insurance isn’t a condition of joining the tour. Look for cover for emergency medical treatment and getting home, cancellation or cutting your trip short, baggage, and any flights or other arrangements you book separately.

Check that your destinations, planned activities and personal circumstances are covered. Insurance doesn’t cover every reason for cancelling, and it doesn’t replace any refund or other responsibility we have to you.

Please wait until we’ve confirmed both your gaming table and your tour in writing before booking flights or making other separate travel arrangements.

A booking confirmation, or a table reaching its minimum number of players, doesn’t by itself mean the whole trip is confirmed to go ahead.

We’ll provide that confirmation no later than 120 days before departure. If you book later, we’ll explain the confirmation status before you pay.

Flights and other arrangements you book independently are outside your Natural 20 package. We don’t automatically reimburse those costs if your table or tour is cancelled. This doesn’t affect any legal right you may have to compensation or another remedy.
